450g Brussels sprouts, rinsed
3
tablespoons
olive oil
or melted butter
1/2
teaspoon
kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) with the rack placed in the middle.
Trim the bottom of the Brussels sprouts and slice each in half from top to bottom.
Lightly oil a rimmed baking sheet (or line it with parchment paper if preferred).
Pat the Brussels sprouts dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Arrange the Brussels sprouts on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down, in a single layer.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and caramelized, adjusting time if necessary.
Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot!
