  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • Basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  • Add butter and chicken. Season with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in heavy cream, reserved pasta water, Parmesan cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
